President – Europe

Luis Gómez

Luis Gómez is responsible for the whole organisation in Europe. Seasoned leader at the forefront of the company operations. Mr. Gómez joined XPO upon the company’s acquisition of Norbert Dentressangle, where he led the transportation business as member of its Executive Board. He has more than 25 years of industry experience, including earlier executive roles as Managing Director and Finance Director on the Iberia region with Christian Salvesen and Gerposa. He holds a double degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Cantabria in Spain and postgraduate at IMD Business School in Switzerland on International Management.  

Operations – Europe

Emmanuel Arnaud

Emmanuel Arnaud is responsible for the strategic operations of XPO’s European business and brings over two decades of experience in transport and logistics to his role. His prior experience includes 18 years at GEFCO, where he excelled in leading the Business Development organisation and then as divisional CEO, managing key segments like road, air, and sea freight, as well as logistics operations across 40 countries. Mr. Arnaud's earlier career involved pivotal roles at Groupe Giraud and TNT Logistics, focusing on just-in-time supply for the FMCG and automotive sectors. Since joining XPO in 2023, his expertise in operational excellence, customer-centric strategy, and technological innovation has been central to XPO’s growth strategy in Europe. Mr. Arnaud holds a master's degree in corporate finance from Institut Mines-Télécom Business School and a bachelor's degree in law from Université d'Évry.  

Human Resources – Europe

Valérie Chataud

Valerie Chataud leads the European Human Resources team, focusing on employee engagement, talent management and QHSS issues. She leads the human resources agenda, improving HR processes, diversity and inclusion to attract, develop and retain top talent and to strengthen the company's leadership position in the logistics industry. Ms Chataud brings more than 20 years of senior HR experience from multinational companies. Prior to joining XPO, Ms. Chataud held global generalist HR roles at Imerys Group and previously held HR leadership positions at Yves Saint Laurent/Gucci Group, Philip Morris. She started her career with Korn Ferry as a compensation and benefits expert. Ms. Chataud holds a Master's degree in Law and Labour Relations and a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources from ESSEC Business School. 

CFO – Europe

Nicolas Méan

Nicolas Méan has led XPO’s European finance and procurement organizations since December 2020, and has a wealth of experience in leading finance operations for multinational businesses. Prior to his tenure at XPO, Mr. Méan held the position of CFO for Sherwin-Williams Europe for 5 years, and spent 8 years in senior finance positions across PPG Industries. His academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Paris, Sorbonne.

Sales and Marketing – Europe

Arron Kendall

Arron Kendall leads commercial strategy, strategic account management, and sales for Europe, and is at the forefront of driving the company’s growth across the continent. Mr. Kendall has 14 years of experience within XPO, having recently excelled as the Commercial Director for transport in the UK and Ireland, and has played a pivotal role in establishing enduring customer relationships across XPO. He possesses more than two decades of management experience in business development, with his prior roles including significant stints with Norbert Dentressangle and multinational retailer Next plc.  

Communications & Marketing – Europe

Beatriz Armijo

Beatriz Armijo is responsible for leading XPO’s European communications and marketing teams. She specialises in both external and internal communications, marketing, corporate identity, and PR and press office. She has been part of the XPO Logistics team for over 20 years, with significant prior experience in both the Iberian and wider European markets. Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics from the University of Leeds, a Bachelor´s Degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of Cantabria, and a Postgraduate degree in Business Skills from the University Autónoma of Madrid. Ms. Armijo's strategic approach to communications has been integral to XPO’s brand development and market presence in Europe. 

Technology – Europe

Nigel Rouch

Nigel Rouch is responsible for XPO’s digital strategy and technology offering in Europe, including our industry-leading platform XPO Connect™. Before starting this role in 2022, Mr. Rouch held the position of Information Technology and Operational Excellence Director for  XPO in the UK and Ireland. With a 17-year tenure in the industry, Mr. Rouch has a strong background in leading innovative technology-driven initiatives, having previously served as Director of technology, projects and procurement for the UK and Ireland arm of Norbert Dentressangle. Prior to this, he held tenure at the global logistics company TDG, where he was responsible for implementing key warehouse management and enterprise systems. Focused on innovation, Mr. Rouch is a crucial leader in driving XPO's growth and customer satisfaction strategies in Europe.

Pricing – Europe

Caroline Blockelet

Caroline Blockelet leads pricing strategies, data algorithms and Pricing tool deployment across Europe, She has significant experience in the logistics and transport industry within revenue management, starting her career at TNT more than 15 years ago. Over a decade, she progressed through various key roles, including Finance Analyst, Working Capital manager and Pricing Manager. Her transition from the transport sector to the industrial trading group Descours et Cabaud, and eventually to XPO Logistics, reflects her deep understanding of pricing in diverse market contexts. Ms. Blockelet has two Masters degrees, one from McGill University (Montréal, Canada) in Stock Exchange Finance, and the other from the NEOMA Business School in Finance. 

General Counsel – Europe

Rémi Dujon

Rémi Dujon joined XPO in 2021 for managing legal, corporate and compliance matters. Rémi Dujon has over 25 years of senior legal experience, previously holding positions as General Counsel for Vallourec and for Orange Business for nearly 8 years. Prior to this he spent over 20 years in significant legal positions at Orange Wanadoo and France Telecom dealing with strategic projects for these companies. His expertise crosses sectors, with a focus on business law, contract law, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, competition law and compliance. Mr. Dujon holds a professional Master’s degree in Business Law from the Reims university. 

Managing Director – France

Bruno Kloeckner

Bruno Kloeckner is responsible for XPO’s operations and growth strategy in France. He has over 15 years of expertise in enhancing performance through internal transformation, and joined XPO in 2020 as the Deputy Managing Director for France, overseeing sales, pricing, solution design, procurement, and maintenance. Prior to XPO, Mr. Kloeckner held significant senior positions in the equipment and vehicle rental industries in Western Europe. He has an MBA from HEC, Paris, and a master's in management and finance from Institut d'Administration des Entreprises, Nice. 

Managing Director – UK and Ireland

Dan Myers

Dan Myers is XPO’s Managing Director responsible for the UK & Ireland. With over 25 years of experience in supply chain and logistics operations spanning multiple verticals and countries, including 14 years at Managing Director level. Dan Myers has been instrumental in driving the transformation of our UK & Ireland business in scale and service offering. He brings extensive experience in networked operations management, warehouse solutions, automation, acquisition integration and business development. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Manchester and has completed various professional development course including at London Business School. 

Managing Director – Southern Europe and Morocco

Massimo Marsili

Massimo Marsili is responsible for the operations and strategic growth of Southern Europe and Morocco, joining XPO in 2017 as Managing Director for Spain, Portugal and Morocco adding Italy in 2022. Mr. Marsili has more than 25 years of international experience all around EMEA with a significant career for wide perimeters across the transportation, travel and automotive industry, having spent nearly a decade in leadership positions at Avis Budget Group, General Motors Europe and General Electric. He specializes in business growth transformation, risk management, M/A, operational excellence, and sustainability. Mr. Marsili is graduated at the university of La Sapienza in Rome and he has undertaken significant professional development at Harvard Business School, Stanford University and IESE. 

Managing Director – Central Europe

Christophe Vérot

Christophe Verot serves as Managing Director for Central Europe and has a significant career history within XPO Logistics in Europe, spanning more than 26 years. His extensive experience includes roles as Sales & Marketing Director Europe, as well as Managing Director for High Volume division and Western France activities, where his leadership has been defined by his strategic vision and ability to drive business growth and efficiency. Christophe educational background, with an Executive MBA in Sales and Finance from ESC Clermont Business School, underpins his expertise in managing large-scale logistics operations.
