Begin by applying to our selective programme designed to support the next generation of logistics leaders. Once accepted, you undertake a series of placements to progress your professional journey. 

The placements will begin in September and run for two years. Your programme will kick off with an 8-month placement in your home country (UK, France or Spain). It will focus on integrating your academic knowledge and baseline skillset, with practical, on-the-job experience, and guidance from the XPO Logistics team. 

During the first placement, graduates can express preferences for their 2nd and 3rd placements.

Every graduate is given the opportunity to experience one international placement, in locations such as France, Spain, Poland, Romania, Italy, Republic of Ireland, and Germany. The UK is also available, subject to work permit accessibility.
