Guillaume Col is president of XPO Logistics Europe, overseeing operations across 14 countries and leading a team of approximately 14,000 employees. He brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in logistics and supply chain management. Mr. Col most recently served as deputy CEO of CEVA Logistics. Before that, he led Kuehne+Nagel’s activities in France and North Africa. Earlier, he spent eight years with Norbert Dentressangle (now XPO), where he served as senior vice president of strategy and development, and managing director of global forwarding. Mr. Col is a graduate of ISAE-SUPAERO in aeronautical engineering and of ESSEC Business School. 

Dan Myers is Senior Vice President, Dedicated Supply Chain, overseeing the line of business that designs and operates long-term, contract-based transport and logistics solutions for recurring customer flows.

He brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in supply chain and logistics operations across multiple verticals and countries. Dan has partnered with many clients to support their supply chain transformation and has been instrumental in transforming the UK & Ireland business in scale and service offering. He previously held senior roles focused on contract logistics solutions, automation, and business development. Dan earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Manchester and completed executive development programs at London Business School.

Xavier Bour is Senior Vice President, Distribution & Last Mile, overseeing integrated B2B and B2C distribution networks, international groupage and value-added solutions across Europe. He brings extensive leadership experience in logistics and operations management. Mr. Bour began his career at A.T. Kearney and AREVA before joining XPO Logistics in 2015, where he led the integration of Norbert Dentressangle and held leadership roles in LTL product, pricing, and operational excellence. From 2020, he served as Chief Operating Officer, Ground & Rail at CEVA Logistics, building the product line and leading major acquisitions. Mr. Bour holds a master's degree in physics and economy from École Polytechnique, and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from École nationale des ponts et chaussées.

Christophe Verot is Senior Vice President, Forwarding, leading the line of business that manages freight via road, air, and sea through an asset-light network.

He brings more than 26 years of experience within XPO Logistics in Europe, where he has held key leadership roles. Mr. Verot previously served as Sales & Marketing Director Europe and as Managing Director for the High Volume division and Central Europe perimeter. He holds an Executive MBA in Sales and Finance from ESC Clermont Business School.

Augustin Barrelet leads XPO Logistics Europe’s finance, procurement and pricing teams and brings more than 23 years of experience leading finance operations in multinational environments. Prior to joining XPO, Mr. Barrelet spent most of his career with Schneider Electric, where he held several senior leadership positions, including Global CFO for Schneider Electric’s Secure Power and Data Center division. He has extensive experience supporting transformation and performance improvement initiatives in Europe and internationally. His academic credentials include a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management and Finance from HEC Paris and an MBA exchange programme in Finance at McGill University.

Valerie Chataud leads the European Human Resources team, focusing on employee engagement, talent management and QHSS issues. She leads the human resources agenda, improving HR processes, diversity and inclusion to attract, develop and retain top talent and to strengthen the company's leadership position in the logistics industry. Ms Chataud brings more than 20 years of senior HR experience from multinational companies. Prior to joining XPO, Ms. Chataud held global generalist HR roles at Imerys Group and previously held HR leadership positions at Yves Saint Laurent/Gucci Group, Philip Morris. She started her career with Korn Ferry as a compensation and benefits expert. Ms. Chataud holds a Master's degree in Law and Labour Relations and a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources from ESSEC Business School. 

Arron Kendall leads commercial strategy, strategic account management, and sales for Europe, and is at the forefront of driving the company’s growth across the continent. Mr. Kendall has 14 years of experience within XPO, having recently excelled as the Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, and has played a pivotal role in establishing enduring customer relationships across XPO. He possesses more than two decades of management experience in business development, with his prior roles including significant stints with Norbert Dentressangle and multinational retailer Next plc.  

Rémi Dujon joined XPO in 2021 for managing legal, corporate and compliance matters. Rémi Dujon has over 25 years of senior legal experience, previously holding positions as General Counsel for Vallourec and for Orange Business for nearly 8 years. Prior to this he spent over 20 years in significant legal positions at Orange Wanadoo and France Telecom dealing with strategic projects for these companies. His expertise crosses sectors, with a focus on business law, contract law, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, competition law and compliance. Mr. Dujon holds a professional Master’s degree in Business Law from the Reims university. 

Nigel Rouch is responsible for XPO’s digital strategy and technology offering in Europe, including our industry-leading platform XPO Connect™. Before starting this role in 2022, Mr. Rouch held the position of Information Technology and Operational Excellence Director for XPO in the UK and Ireland. With a 17-year tenure in the industry, Mr. Rouch has a strong background in leading innovative technology-driven initiatives, having previously served as Director of technology, projects and procurement for the UK and Ireland arm of Norbert Dentressangle. Prior to this, he held tenure at the global logistics company TDG, where he was responsible for implementing key warehouse management and enterprise systems. Focused on innovation, Mr. Rouch is a crucial leader in driving XPO's growth and customer satisfaction strategies in Europe.
