Move Quickly Toward a Management Role
The XPO Graduate Programme is structured as four six-month assignments over a two-year period in our areas of business: transport or logistics. The assignments cover a range of operational functions to develop personal and professional potential. We tailor the training programmes to best match the talents of each Graduate Programme participant.
The XPO Graduate Programme recruitment process takes place each year from April to June.
The next application submission period will be between 1 and 30 April 2020. Participants will be selected and informed in June 2020 and start in September 2020.
